Meet Carolina Caro, Our Founder
Carolina Caro is a speaker, leadership coach, and corporate trainer. She has empowered 10,000+ people to develop conscious leadership skills and inclusive workplaces.
Working with leaders from organizations that include the FBI, NASA, Warner, McDonalds and more, she draws on her diverse background spanning science, business, and the arts to bring a unique perspective to teams, individuals, and audiences and help them identify their blind spots.
Having experienced the transformational power herself, she’s on a mission to help others create the intentional results they desire rather than perpetuating outcomes from their default habits.
CAROLINA'S STORY
The neuroscience behind all the work that we do excites me the most. I’m a scientist by training and have experienced first hand how transformative this process can be.
As the daughter of immigrant parents, I know what it’s like to be affected by Generational Conditioning™ (the beliefs and behaviors that have been passed down to me) and to put in the work to discern which perspectives need to evolve to adapt with ever-changing landscapes. As a student of these principles, my life has been impacted in ways I could have never imagined. In fact, I believe in this work so much that I changed my career path to dedicate my life to this.
The Neuroscience Behind Generational Conditioning
From a young age, we are conditioned to think and behave in certain ways based on our upbringing. These patterns become deeply ingrained and some of them serve to amplify our leadership potential while others detract from it.
Changing those patterns requires becoming aware of them, recognizing what triggers them, and consciously choosing a different behavior.

Angela Lee
Over the past 5 years, Angela has excelled as a trainer and coach in matters of racial justice and healing, diversity, equity, inclusion, and intersectionality. Her leadership philosophy centers on fostering diversity, amplifying marginalized voices, and discovering common ground in unexpected places. Angela holds a degree in Human Services and a concentration in Clinical Services from the University of Delaware.
Hunter Gatewood
Hunter Gatewood, MSW, LCSW, is a professional coach, instructor, and thought partner in managing change and developing leaders at all levels. He specializes in supporting people who manage from the middle of their organization, particularly people from the most complex of industries: health care. Hunter has worked as a licensed clinical social worker in San Francisco in inpatient psychiatry and as a community-based case manager for patients with addiction, homelessness and multiple medical conditions.
Kate Walters
Katy brings over a decade of experience serving private, public, and non-profit sectors specializing in staff development and operations improvement at all levels of organizations. From training, to coaching, to team development, she understands the drivers of success and how to support leaders and organizations to leverage theirs. Katy holds a BA in Psychology and a MA in Education with a specialization on Leadership.
Lisa Dadd
Lisa brings over a decade of training and coaching experience and her own professional experience as a seasoned marketing and sales executive. Her energy and efforts focus on how to apply innately, unique talents towards creating high levels of success and personal fulfillment. Lisa’s experience in corporate and non-corporate environments provides broad perspectives and deep insights into human nature. Lisa holds a BA in Physical Education and a MS in Kinesiology from Western University.

Carolina Caro is a speaker, leadership coach and corporate trainer. She has shared her expertise with leaders from companies such as the FBI, NASA, and Warner.
Carolina trained with the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC) and is credentialed with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) where she maintains her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation. She is also a professional speaker, known for her compelling TedX Talk Redefining Success: The Mindful Shift from Me to We.
She earned the prestigious Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) status with the National Speakers Association, which is held by less than 15% of speakers globally. She is also a member of the Society for Diversity and holds both the Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) and Certified Diversity Executive (CDE) credentials.
Carolina is a passionate advocate for diversity, which has shaped every aspect of her life. She is a Montreal native with both Hispanic and Indian roots, fluent in English, Spanish and French. Her educational background is just as rich and diverse, with an undergraduate degree in Cell and Molecular Biology, a Masters degree in Science (Experimental Medicine), a Masters degree in Business Administration and a professional certificate in acting from the Neighborhood Playhouse School of Theatre in New York.
With a multicultural sensitivity and a diverse background spanning science, business, and the arts, she brings a unique perspective to her practice.
