As such we layer a lens that is proven to facilitate sustainable change. By examining “who you are being” in relationship to the content that is being explored, you have an opportunity to make conscious shifts.

A common training topic that we explore as a foundational tool with our clients is using the DISC assessment to better understand different communication styles. This is a powerful tool for individuals to deepen their awareness of their preferred communication style and that of others.
In addition, we layer in the exploration of “who they are being” in relationship to how they communicate by exploring how their generational conditioning has influenced the 3Bs of BEING:
- BELIEFS: What beliefs did they learn about communicating that may be unconsciously impacting their leadership potential? (e.g did they learn that speaking up is inappropriate, that they should always be “nice” etc.)
- BEHAVIORS: What communication behaviors are detracting from their leadership potential? (e.g. Do they avoid giving feedback for fear of conflict?)
- BODY: What are the physical aspects that impact their communication? (e.g. avoiding eye contact, slouching etc.)
Each of these leadership programs can be delivered virtually, in-person or hybrid. The duration can vary from 1 hour to full day(s).
Offsite meetings are productive to support team building. Themes covered are tailored to meet the needs of your team members. Can include high and low ropes activities that can focus on individual and/or team challenges.
