Carolina received the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation in 2021, which is conferred by the National Speakers Association (NSA) only on those speakers who have earned it by meeting strict qualifying criteria. The letters CSP following a speaker’s name identify that speaker as a public speaking professional with a proven track record for understanding and delivering value from the platform.

What Are The Qualifying Criteria?

1. Maintain membership in NSA and subscribe to its Code of Professional Ethics
2. Present a minimum of 250 professional speaking engagements within a 5-year period
3. Submit testimonial letters from clients served
4. Submit professionally prepared promotional materials
5. Receive excellent ratings from past clients on professional performance evaluations
6. Continue education in the professional speaking field through NSA’s many educational programs
