IT'S TIME TO PRIORITIZE THE ADVANCEMENT OF WOMEN OF COLOR IN THE WORKPLACE
Ā
The messages we receive from our role models during childhood greatly influence our beliefs, which in turn shape our perspectives and achievements. This is generational conditioning, and it is especially significant for women of color. The stories we acquired growing up are playing a critical role in our career journey and leadership aspirations today.Ā Ā
By exploring our unconscious beliefs and unraveling the effects of generational conditioning, we have the potential to establish new beliefs, behaviors, and outcomes for ourselves.
In the workplace, Generational Conditioning exerts an impact on our conduct in various situations. It affects our communication, conflict resolution, response to change management initiatives, trust in leadership and peers, and more. It's a subtle yet undeniable influence that molds our identity as leaders.
Together, we can rewrite generational stories and create intentional results for you and your team.

Hi, I'm 𝓒𝓪𝓻𝓸𝓵𝓲𝓷𝓪 𝓒𝓪𝓻𝓸
Ā
Certified Leadership Coach, DEI consultant, and Professional Speaker. I help women of color break through generational conditioning, to create intentional results while embracing their true selves as leaders.
My credentials include training from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC), and holding a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I've achieved Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) status, an honor held by less than 15% of global speakers, with the National Speakers Association. I also proudly hold Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) and Certified Diversity Executive (CDE) credentials while being a Society for Diversity member.
Traditional development efforts often miss the mark by not addressing the core. I've discovered that transformation is only possible when we reshape our perspectives.
